The HULK-TV-Series where my first encounter with that super muscular bodybuilding look , 29 years ago when I was only 3 years old and terrified by the sight of Banners transformation into the HULK when watching TV together with my parents. This is one of the few memories I’ve got of my father, who past away some months later after a car accident. The sight of the mighty muscular creature became a inspirational image I never got out of my mind until today! And now 29 years later you can see me and Lou Ferrigno in the same movie. What a great feeling! I have to thank the producer André Rößler for making this happen!

Thank you André!

Its 90% done! I’m looking forward to cutting out the whey-protein in a few weeks, which will result in a totally vegan nutrition plan for me! Feeling great!

After being LW champion in 2007 and 2009 and HW vice-champion in 2010, I finally hold the German crown in strength sports in my hands. It was a very hard battle in the rain and I had to fight against my injured calf as well but at the end I was victorious! Now I have proven finally, that being vegetarian makes you a better athlete!

I’ll be hosting a loglifting seminar in Turku May the 20th. The next day May 21th I will also compete at the loglifting championships in Turku. May 22th as many may know the German loglifting nationals take place in Arendsee, so I will be sitting in my plane from Finland back early in the morning to be right back in time to defend my title for the second time. That’s what I call a great weekend! ;D

I ended up 9th out of 13 at the FIBO could have done better, with less bad luck but still happy with it :) Also almost managed to beat big Z at the log, which was a great feeling because I respect him so much! Managed to lift a solid 177,5 kg with the giant 36cm-diameter wooden-log. That was enough fore an second place right behind Big-Z. I was also very happy to be able to press the 87kg Monster-Dumbbell for 3 reps, while expecting to zero it, what also made me very happy :)
